I'm a traditionally published children's author of rhyme and prose (US, UK, Canada, Australia, ROI). I am also a musician, most recently featured as a ‘Spotlight Producer’ on the Voisey platform. I believe in mixing creativity with logic. I was formerly a self-taught programmer and worked for Cambridge University, MOD, and Hasbro, among others. I also spoke at conferences around the world. The majority of books I have had published so far have been written to order for a publisher who has a very specific USP. I accepted because I felt I could enhance what was being offered. I started by gaining an understanding of the specific requirements, then developing a system that could deliver regionalised books efficiently, in rhyme, while avoiding the issues usually associated with such titles. I was keen to make each book sound as bespoke as possible. We experimented and in one instance I not only wrote the core story, but an additional 156 bespoke rhyming verses (2 for each of the 78 titles).ᴡʜᴀᴛ ᴘᴇᴏᴘʟᴇ ᴀʀᴇ sᴀʏɪɴɢ:Outstanding children’s book for Halloween!
