WIRELESS MARKET ENGINEERING LEAD• Manage regional subcontractors within the Architectural and Engineering disciplines and track deliverables consistent with client and company standards, while maintaining demanding schedules.• Provide architectural and engineering design support and analysis for thousands of LTE cellular site upgrades including multi-modal equipment layouts, rooftop screening designs, backhaul designs, and tower antenna layouts.• Research equipment specifications and develop various connection details to be integrated into the permitted set of construction documents and structural analysis reports.TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEER• Support engineering management with research, qualification, and procurement of potential A&E vendors in various bid negotiations, scope clarifications, and weekly SPOC communication.• Accountable for the development, maintenance, and management of various document and drawing trackers, databases and vendor accounts across many telecom projects.
