As a Regional Training and Development Coach at Ruby Tuesday, I work with multiple units and Leaders to identify training gaps and needs while developing and mentoring Leaders and their Teams. My mission is to provide effective and engaging learning solutions that align with the company’s vision and values. I apply my 20+ years of experience in the restaurant industry and my credentials to enhance the performance and potential of our leaders and teams. I work with existing systems and processes to develop hourly and salary positions, adapt to situational needs, and create systems in areas lacking to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).My passion is to empower and enable others to grow and succeed in their roles, through effective coaching, mentoring, and feedback. I am proficient in public speaking, project management, and problem solving, and I have studied Business Management at Old Dominion University. I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices, and to share my knowledge and expertise with my team and organization.In my previous roles as Director of Operations and General Manager, I demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills improving sales revenue score (SRS) over the previous year and ranking #1 in the company for third-party food safety and brand standards audits as a district. I am passionate about guest satisfaction, people development, and business planning. I strive to empower and enable our staff to deliver exceptional service achieving positive results in sales, profit, and retention and how to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
