In the face of a 40% overall category decline, re-energized the organization to deliver a 50% revenue increase and a +15% net profit margin improvement by communicating a believable vision to change the category, and ensuring everyone knew their role in delivering the vision. Negotiated rights to Martek BioScience’s DHA and launched China’s first DHA-based product for infants, establishing HWCL as a key component of the IPO plan for the Hutchinson Healthcare business (CHI-MED).

Aligned Hutchison Whampoa China Investment Board of Directors to the long-term strategic and commercialization plans for a China health food venture, including identifing six distinctive China health food growth opportunities by integrating a rigorous market analysis of global nutritional trends with local, on the ground intuition about how the China market would evolve. Prior to that, led YesAsia.com's global marketing and Greater China B2C and B2B operations, exceeding benchmarks by 1.7x.
