ALDI – Distribution Center Expansion and Renovation | $17 Million | Webberville MI | Project Manager: Provided preconstruction and construction services for a 100,000 sf cold storage expansion and several phases of interior renovations.

Duke Health - Medicine Pavilion | $272 Million | Durham NC | Project Executive: The Duke Medicine Pavilion, an eight-floor, 620,000 sf hospital addition, housed 16 new operating rooms, 96 critical care beds, 64 intermediate beds, 48 isolation rooms, a new consolidated area containing 15 imaging suites, an endoscopy/GI suite, and a rapid response lab. Atrium Health Pineville – Hospital Bed Tower Addition and Renovation | $100 Million | Pineville NC | Project Executive: Provided preconstruction and construction services for a 96-bed 220,000 sf patient bed tower in addition to a 14-bed 25,000 sf Maternity addition, 35,000 sf Surgery Department addition, and a 34-phase, 70,000 sf renovation which was carefully coordinated to accommodate department relocations, expansions and retrofits.Atrium Health Pineville – Hospital Expansion and Renovation | $35 Million | Pineville NC | Senior Project Manager: This 50-phase program consisted of 50,750 sf in new additions and 49,500 sf in renovations. McLeod Health — Pavilion Vertical Expansion | $60 Million | Florence SC | Project Manager: This 300,000 sf, seven-floor vertical expansion included surgery, post-op and patient beds. The existing building was retrofitted to meet new IBC codes. Two new seismic elevator cores were built 12 stories high outside the existing building to brace the existing and new construction.Wake Forest Baptist Health – Parking Facility | $13 Million | Winston-Salem NC | Project Manager: Project consisted of a 320,000 sf, five-story precast parking garage with a connector bridge to tie into the main building. The 827-car precast garage and 400 foot connector were clad in precast and glass. The close crane proximity made erection a tightly coordinated operation.Wake Forest Baptist Health – Brenner Children’s Hospital | $82 Million | Winston-Salem NC | Assistant PM: This 400,000 sf, 12-story vertical expansion to add space for Brenner Children’s Hospital included 99,000 sf of phased renovations to existing surgery. The new building consists of a poured in-place concrete structure enclosed by curtain wall, metal panels and brick and includes an expansion of the existing facility powerhouse and upgraded heating, cooling and electrical service for the entire building. Norfolk Southern Corporation — Roadway Shop Expansion | $10 Million | Charlotte NC | Assistant PM: This 84,000 sf design/build assignment consisted of three new buildings that included a material storage building, heavy repair shop with attached office building, and specialty parts manufacturing building. The heavy repair shop included four railroad lines connected to the main rail system with below-grade maintenance pits, side-by-side 200-ton and 80-ton double trolley overhead bridge cranes, and a two-story office facility. The project also included the construction of a test track/ground storage yard for equipment testing and material storage.
