I am 21 years old, and I'm a business student at Northern Illinois University. I am in my senior year and am expecting to graduate in the spring of 2024.I entered the workforce when I was 15 as a team member at Culver's. I stayed at Culver's for over 5 years and received promotions from a team member to a crew chief, and finally to a shift leader. As a shift leader I managed shifts, lead team members, and managed money.During the summer of 2023 I worked an internship with Topco Associates LLC. During this internship I was able to learn many skills in the ERP system SAP, and I was able to increase my proficiency in excel. When the summer was over, I was fortunate enough to be invited back to work part-time over the rest of my undergrad degree.
