Monthly tasks include booking journal entries and accruals, reconciling the balance sheet, including but not limited to bank account reconciliation, deferred revenue and multiple liability accounts. Coordinate budgeting process for multiple departments within the company. Paired up with five departments and work side-by-side to help develop a reasonable budget to gauge spending against in the following year. Entire budget approaches $450M annually. This budgeting is approved by the Executive Management Team.Member of Oracle EBS Implementation team. Worked to launch a new financial ERP system worldwide for MathWorks, due 2/28/2011. Helped in creating testing material as well as documenting the changes in worldwide standards that will initiate in 2011.Continue to support the Oracle EBS ERP from a troubleshooting/Help System perspective. Implement at least 1 new fix/enhancement per month through research and testing.Developed worldwide ERP Review Program to ensure standards are maintained by international offices. Travels included Germany, France and Japan.Took on 3-month assignments in Bangalore, India, Sydney, Australia, and Stockholm, Sweden to provide support to the local Finance departments.
