I work for Gulfstream Aerospace where I am responsible for supporting our Completions Operations business. I provide financial and accounting leadership to my Completions Operations partners. I previously led the cost accounting and fixed asset groups. I shifted my focus away from a client service career to one that is centered around developing finance and accounting solutions for emerging business transactions and operational issues. Previously, I had spent most of my career leading the audit engagements of large multi-national public companies in the Carolinas. This included developing and executing a global audit plan for these companies which involved coordinating with our non-US teams through international site visits and meetings and collaborating with client management to solve complex accounting matters. I also spent 2 years in Dublin, Ireland where I worked on IFRS and SOX implementations for foreign private issuers headquartered there along with managing the European client relationship for a major multi-national company.
