Eric J. Hörst (pronounced “Hurst”) is an internationally renowned author, researcher, entrepreneur, speaker, performance coach, and accomplished climber of more than 45 years. Learn the backstory on Eric's founding of PhysiVāntage Nutrition in this 3-minute video: https://vimeo.com/666087513Eric is the author of several best-selling books (with more than a dozen foreign translations), and he is the founder of the global training resource TrainingForClimbing.com. Eric has written hundreds of magazine articles, appeared on numerous TV broadcasts, and provide many conference presentations and keynote talks. Eric is also a published researcher and member of the International Rock Climbing Research Association (IRCRA). Eric produces a monthly Training For Climbing podcast (available on iTunes) and his training videos are regularly featured on EPIC-TV.
