This position quickly expanded to an operations manager role where I handled all incoming subpoenas/depositions, risk and compliance within the app, product testing, online and in person marketing and a complete redesign of our Help Center.- Expanded our app user base from 400,000 to over 15 million in just 2 years through marketing growth plans, operational changes, successful advertisements, and improved customer service/safety in-app- Gathered and presented data analysis to secure company’s round B and C of fundingHelp facilitate $7 million dollar deal with the Dallas Mavericks- Successfully grew customer service team and company revenue through launching an automotive side business in-app and a physical dealership location- Built out Zendesk and Salesforce platform for entire company as well as wrote our original FAQ and legal documents- Helped launched our cryptocurrency called CyberMiles based on the CyberMiles blockchain as well as UX features in app to accept Bitcoin, ETH, and CFT for all 15,000,000+ app users

In this contracted role, I managed the RumbleOn YouTube channel growth, content management, uploads, monthly reports, and created a YouTube management/best practices guide which took this channel from 700 subscribers to over 4000 in less than 4 months. In addition to YouTube, I worked with the company's Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram with posting, creative, and engagement/customer service. In this role, I used the following programs daily: Workfront, Sprout Social, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, various social media platforms, Okta, and HubSpot. I started with Simon in 2009 as a guest services representative and quickly moved up to not only co-managing the guest services department (7+ employees), but also moved up to the main mall office where I was promoted to assistant marketing director. At Circuit City, I sold merchandise as a sales associate in the music, computers, and car audio sections of the store. I worked here until they closed their doors in 2009 at the end of their liquidation period due to filing bankruptcy in 2008.

I began working at Barnes & Noble in June of 2007 as a secondary job to Pacsun. Here I managed the music/movie section part-time as well as worked the book section on weekends. I left both Barnes & Noble and Pacsun at the same time when I had a sudden eye injury that took about 2 months to recover from.
