- Led and coordinated cost restructuring efforts with Resource Sponsors for 32 software applications resulting in a cost savings of $2.75M and built the cost model for the program to be fully funded by FY 18.-Project Director for Mobility from program startup to establishment; operated with a budget of $800k which resulted in the production of 11 mobile applications. User response and program success led to an increased budget of $2.5M and 2nd place at the 2014 Defense Entrepreneurs Forum Innovation Competition.- Project Leader for the incorporation of a personnel management information system and a content management system into an integrated human resources portal that consolidated existing applications, content, and portals into a simplified user experience and reduced administrative processes.- Executed a seamless rollout of a Navy Information Application Product Suite (NIAPS) to 160 command centers and an on-time transition and relocation of the NIAPS Software Support Activity, which resulted in increased functionality and support while maintaining operational readiness throughout the fleet for national security.- NIAPS delivers maintenance, logistics, administrative, training and management applications to users at sea.
