Throughout my leadership and management career I have been a strong advocate of collaboration and teamwork. I understand the importance of agreed-upon frameworks, and my transformational leadership of organizational change and development initiatives is based upon the knowledge that leveraging exemplary problem-solving abilities is as much about asking the right questions as it is about answering them. I firmly believe that empowering people to succeed consistently leads to results that exceed stakeholder expectations.I arrived at Resnick Investment Advisors during its emerging partnership with Focus Financial Partners (FOCS), and I was recruited for my entrepreneurial spirit and deep expertise in transforming ideas into action. As COO and CCO I rebuilt the firm’s operations and compliance programs from the ground up. I developed Resnick into a solutions-oriented wealth management firm with a team of in-house and third-party professionals, including financial planners, investment analysts, portfolio managers, accountants, and attorneys. These initiatives transformed Resnick from separate siloed practices into a comprehensive business with a cohesive value proposition.Resnick’s AUM grew to exceed $1.2 Billion, and EBITDA tripled, during my tenure.Earlier in my career I held positions as Program Director and Project Manager at TIAA. As Program Director during the time that TIAA broke ground in the 529 industry I led the implementation and management of five Section 529 Tuition Savings programs exceeding $700 Million in AUM. Prior to this, I was recruited as one of six original Project Managers of TIAA’s newly formed Project Management Office.I continue to believe that the true purpose of leadership is to serve, and that service to clients and colleagues is the surest path to success.
