I am an Audit & Assurance Partner at Deloitte. In this role, I deliver attest and advisory services including: public and private company audits; Audit, IPO, & SOX readiness; technical accounting analysis; assessment and adoption of new accounting standards; and project management.I serve companies in the aerospace & defense, technology, and manufacturing sectors. My areas of focus include: IPO and SOX readiness (audit and advisory capacity), technical accounting matters, attest and non-attest business growth facilitation, cross functional teaming, equity matters and complex management estimates. I obtained my Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and my Masters Degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Washington.I live in Cincinnati, Ohio with my wife Sara, sons Stephen and Jeffrey and black lab Tiny Tim.
