Usace National Quality Program Manager
CurrentAs the National Quality Program Manager for the US Army Corps of Engineers, I lead and direct the alignment of our organization with ISO 9001:2015 standards for an Enterprise Quality Management System (eQMS). My responsibilities include managing the USACE Quality Document Center to ensure standard business practices across all USACE regions and districts, improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.Key responsibilities:- Leading the development and revision of End-to-End (E2E) business processes within the USACE eQMS Document Center.- Utilizing quality and process assessment tools and statistical measurements to evaluate process improvement effectiveness.- Working closely with various departments including the Business Practices and Program Evaluation Division, Project Management Business Process Program Manager, and the Continuous Process Improvement/Lean Six Sigma Specialist.- Serving as a primary advocate for the USACE Enterprise Quality Management System and optimizing existing quality and business management systems.- Evaluating and integrating technological solutions to enhance USACE quality products and services.- Coordinating and administering the development of the USACE QMS Document Center, ensuring cost-effective, user-friendly, and reliable documentation management.- Establishing annual auditing schedules and overseeing audit plans to ensure compliance with ISO standards.By applying the Quality Performance and Improvement Framework and the Army Framework (AR 5-1), I drive continuous process improvements and ensure that USACE business processes are consistently effective and aligned with organizational goals.
