As the National Quality Program Manager for the US Army Corps of Engineers, I lead and direct the alignment of our organization with ISO 9001:2015 standards for an Enterprise Quality Management System (eQMS). Coordinate support for all 1TSC and subordinate unit operations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Mission Command Integrator for the 135th Expeditionary Sustainment Command. Provides Mission Command System Integration in concert with the G6 to ensure Mission Command Systems function as a whole in a training or deployed environment. Provides the Command with analyses of various systems and programs that assist in Mission Command principles and acts as the Chief Change Agent for the Command. Provides Army Modeling and Simulations support by assisting in the creation of master scenario event lists and injects for the training audience in coordination with contractor support and acts as an internal Observer/Trainer to ensure injects and scenarios have their desired effect on the success of collective training goals.

Simulations Officer for the 226th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade. Provides Army Modeling and Simulations support by creating master scenario event lists and injects for the training audience with contractor coordination or individually. Provides Mission Command System Integration in concert with the S6 to ensure Mission Command Systems function as a whole in a training or deployed environment. Provides Operational Knowledge Management by managing multiple information dissemination and storage systems and educating the organization on their use including storage locations, naming conventions and TTPs for effective operations.

Operations Officer at a Maneuver Enhancement Brigade. During Defense Support to Civil Authority missions, serve as the Division A, Alabama Emergency Management Agency Support Element Leader. Lead a team of 11 Soldiers in support of the state emergency management efforts in exercises and actual emergencies.

Completes essential duties in the areas of Business Acumen, Knowledge Management, Strategic Planning, implementation of the USACE Campaign Plan, and implementation of other strategic initiatives. Serves as part of the Executive Staff, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, and as a resource for the Corporate Board. The incumbent applies a high degree of managerial and technical knowledge, as well as a thorough knowledge of the Mobile District mission areas and business principles to analyze situations, identify problems, probe causes, and select courses of action for technical and functional specialists to pursue. Gauges the efforts required to assess the situation at hand, to be selective in actions to perform, how to proceed, and to recognize the resulting impact in terms of schedule, costs, risks involved, and tradeoffs necessary. Drawing on resources from throughout the District, operates a "think tank" for developing the District’s collective strategy on areas that affect the fiscal, planning environment, and future roles of the District in supporting the needs of the region. Anticipates, identifies, conducts research and analysis, recommends strategies and concepts of operations for major contemporary, emerging, and strategic issues confronting the command. Continually provides rapid and rational judgment on critical issues facing the command and provides recommendations that affect the missions of the District.
