About Eric Johnisee

I have been helping small businesses with their accounting needs since 1993. This was when QuickBooks was first introduced. I was raised in a family business doing real estate and construction. Working with our CPA to convert us from a combination of a paper system and spreadsheets to QuickBooks was my first real experience with business accounting. Other contractors and realtors that we worked with saw what we had setup and how easy it was to use and asked if I would help get them setup as well. So began my QuickBooks consulting career.Over the years, I've worked with literally hundreds of clients in various industries to set accounting systems up and to help improve their existing systems. We've worked with companies of all sizes from one person shows to companies with 100+ employees. Regardless of the size of the company, we're able to help create efficiencies to save our clients time and money as well as provide them with the valuable information they need to properly run their businesses.We always approach a new project by discussing what the client is trying to accomplish with their accounting system. We have some clients who tell us "Just make sure everything gets to my CPA at the end of the year" and others who want very detailed information about different areas of their businesses. It is vital to know this up front so you can setup a system to provide the desired information yet avoid wasting a good deal of time performing tasks that aren't wanted or needed.As Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors and one of the few Intuit Solution Providers in the area, we focus primarily on Intuit products and services such as QuickBooks Pro, Premier, and Enterprise as well as several options for Intuit Payroll Services, but we do support other software packages based on our client needs.Essentially, we look at what our client is trying to accomplish, setup a plan or road map to get them where they're going and then help them implement the plan.
