Played a key role in originating, structuring, and negotiating the acquisition and joint development of a 10 site, 65 MW portfolio of community solar projects in Minnesota.Developed a diverse network of more than 100 solar EPCs, developers, integrators, and consultants across the country. My large network of partners enabled me to develop a strong pipeline of acquisition opportunities. Within my first nine months at SunEdison, I sourced and evaluated more than 150 MW of distributed solar projects in California, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York and Virginia. Collaborated with design, engineering, interconnection, development, procurement, legal, and project finance teams to oversee the due diligence process and ensure the success of the projects. Led the structuring and drafting of term sheets and letters of intent (LOI) for acquisition targets. Worked closely with project finance and legal to ensure underwriting criteria met throughout the acquisition process.

Promoted within three months after playing a crucial role in signing a 4 MW solar project with a large educational client in NY under the newly created NY-Sun Initiative.
