CurrentIdentify gaps or problems in clients’ business processes that can be resolved or improved with technical solutions Understand the way different parts of a business work together, including non-technical dimensions like financial, customer service, or operations. Develop a customized technology roadmap to support a client’s business strategy. Determine the cost and scale implications of various solutions. Communicate how options will work and share with each client in business terms. Support changeovers from existing to new systems, create training to use them, and integrate to existing systems. Ensure that any new solution meets industry regulation specifications. Provide technical advice to clients and maintain ongoing relationships. Serve as a liaison between external client stakeholders and internal resources to ensure that product development or modification meets the clients’ needs.
