Business Unit Leader of the Database Services division at Datavail. DBA Manager for the SQL Server and MySQL teams. Managed an entire team of about 40 Senior DBAs in the United States and India. Maintained a SQL Server consulting role with customers. Worked on Oracle databases in order to support the company's product Data Palette. Gave expert guidance into the product for Database monitoring and automation.

Senior SQL Server Consultant and Team Lead. Consulted with companies across multiple industries including health care, credit, financial, insurance, auto and retail. Provided clients with robust solutions. Provided leadership to create new processes and procedures that not only saved many accounts, but allowed the team to grow from eight DBAs globally to over 25 globally by the end of June 2006.
