I am responsible for managing the bank’s digital lending efforts and ongoing transformation. This included a total revamp of how applications are taken, processed, fulfilled and looking at every process in between. This includes over 2,500 users across 500 branches and two operations centers. In 2019 my mandate was expanded to include Customer Acquisition for Consumer Lending where I am responsible for marketing activities (print, digital, pre-screen) that promote the bank’s lending products.
