In addition to the Grounds Superintendent responsibilities below, I oversee all of the building maintenance. This is including but not limited to, soliciting bids from contractors to complete HVAC, plumbing, roof, and electrical services repairs/replacement/upgrades. Procure and review contracts for approval for routine services such as trash removal and fuel delivery. Ensure building safety by scheduling annual inspection of elevators, fire suppression system, and overhead cranes. Conduct safety training for all park staff. I also work closely with the office staff and administration team to close out work orders and resolve customer issues. Manage building staff to ensure a clean and safe environment for staff, customers, and guests of the park.

I oversee the day to day outdoor operations of a large volume memorial park that services 1600 families annually. I manage both full time and seasonal employees whose duties include landscape maintenance, hard surface maintenance, snow removal, internments, entombments, inurnments, and the installation of $1M in merchandise each year.
