AIC grew roughly 13% over previous year results, and maintained an average 12% YOY for a 14 year period. During my term as President of AIC, I successfully negotiated and managed a merger with George T. Hall Company at a significant cash benefit for the board members. The first month after our signing, AIC contribution to the new company was second only to the corporate sales branch for that month.
