Reporting to VP Sales and responsible for leading Director of Sales and Regional Directors, with indirect sales teams of ~40 employees and an additional team of 100 indirect staffing contractors; Creating and executing go-to-market plans and effective programs to ensure successful product lifecycle and drive consumer and sales rep behaviors.

Reporting to Executive Director and responsible for leading Regional Directors and Sales Managers with indirect sales teams of ~40 employees and an additional team of 100 indirect staffing contractors; Developing and directing all sell through, Go-to-Market, and marketing and sales strategy activities for two key accounts at national level; Managing carrier key customers and distributors.

Reporting to Executive Director and responsible for leading a team of ~20 sales employees including Territory Sales Managers covering National Retail Accounts such as Best Buy, Target, Costco; Developing sales reps and consumer facing sell-through programs yielding positive ROI; Overseeing all sell through activities nationally; Developing all training materials and sales team tools.

Reporting to VP of Sales and responsible for leading a sales team of 10 employees who drove customer base growth; Ensuring selected product portfolio well merchandised and created marketing plans/POS materials to ensure strong sell thru; Developing and Communicating STi strategy to bring new channels to market; Negotiating contracts and overseeing reverse logistics and call center support and training.

Reporting to Director Sales and responsible for Eastern Sales division of up to 6 staff covering Sony Cierge market share growth through developing comprehensive business/marketing plan, generating leads, influencing decisions of senior executives, developing the sales channel, customer specific programs; Directing interface with supply chain to manage inventory balances, allocation fulfillment and overall product movement; Overseeing all financial aspects of direct consumer channel, shipping and receiving functions, facility management and training of sales associates.
