Hello, Since 2016 I have owned and managed (with my wife) 'Thai Kitchen in Lakeland'. Initially, in 2012, we started catering for private dinner parties, then we expanded into street food around Cumbria and the North of England.In 2020 we invested into our business to provide Thai takeways, focusing on providing authentic, restaurant quality, Thai food for our customers.This aspect of our business has grown exponentially and we are now 80% takeaway with the other 20% continuing with our street food and events.I have brought my 35 years experience working in marketing and the media into the business. Amporn concentrates on the cooking while I use my skills in photography, social media and marketing to promote our business.

In 1985 I began to photograph professional snooker and established a reputation as the world's leading snooker photographer. My images became the largest comprehensive library of snooker images in the world. During this time I worked for Imperial Tobacco Ltd, Benson & Hedges, Karen Earl PR Ltd, and many other sponsors and associates of snooker events.In 1993 I wrote a book on snooker called, 'The Snooker Almanac'.I am still managing the library.
