Starting out as a photographer, I have an eye for the littlest details. I look to the outcome of a project before we begin so there are never any surprises. With years of experience as a contractor and then as a project manager for one of the larger developers in NY, I know how to get it done and nothing ever surprises me. Moving into the production field was a natural choice that let me use my experience as a contractor to be able to fill a niche in the production industry. While we do any type of project out there, we do the POP UP venue and short term event better than most. We do it all from start to finish - from build out to electrical and anything in between. You Hire SFDS to get the job done on budget and on time. My one and only goal is to get a thanks from my client when the job is finished.Specialties: Getting it done on time and on budget. Past and current projects include: 40,000 sf retail space for ABC Carpet - designed layout, supervised daily: demolition of block walls; structural work; and installation of new plumbing systems, HVAC systems, lighting systems and electrical systems.5 new elevators, one retro fit and four from the ground up - design all layouts, over saw the relocation of office tenants, supervise daily all structural demolition, roof construction, and installation of all iron work, standpipes, lighting, power, masonry, and elevator cabs. 2 new stairwells - design locations, supervise bidding of construction contracts, negotiate construction contracts, coordinate and oversee all contractors and building personnel involved.New underground parking garage - design parking and ramp layout and drainage system and supervise daily demolition and installation of sump pumps, ironwork, concrete, electrical and plumbing systems.Office build-outs - design detailed floor plans and individual office space plans and supervise daily the build out of many office floors and individual offices for tenants. Class E Fire Systems - work closely with fire code engineers to design new class E systems for two 500,000 sq. ft. buildings and solely responsible for overseeing the installation of the new systems. Certificate of occupancy for two 500,000 sq. ft. buildings built in early 1900’s - select and work closely with architects, expediters, engineers to determine what work is necessary to obtain certificates of occupancy and solely responsible for overseeing said work. Standpipes & water mains - design plans for several standpipe installations and new water service and solely responsible for overseeing said installations.
