• Developed a computer model of the non-linear stress strain relationship of cardiac muscle tissues over time as part of a greater effort to understand the complex properties of cardiac tissue.
• As part of an independent study, developed a program that replaced and is currently being used at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) to teach undergraduate students the fundamentals of data analysis.
• Conducted research in electrospinning of collagen without denaturing it in order to create a more effective method of creating a simulation of natural extracellular matrix. Pending publication.
• Led a team for Orthogen Corporation to develop an alternate delivery method for the bone graft Nanogen (capstone college project).
