As part of the "Quick to Market" group, I am responsible for a team of software developers who architect and build primarily thin client distributed enterprise scale applications. The key technologies employed in our rapid application development model are .NET (C#), Silverlight and SQL Server.Basically, "Agile before it was cool."

.NET, SQL Server, and Teradata development and project management, primarily building enterprise scale thin client software applications for Intranet usage among the company's 10,000+ employees. Utilized wide variety of technologies over the decade, including classic ASP, Cold Fusion, Flash, MS Access, Photoshop, C#, SQL Server, Silverlight, Reporting Services, AJAX, XML, XQUERY, DHTML.

Registered Rep (Series 7) and Securities Supervisor (Series 8). Responsibilities included general customer service, handling customer complaint escalations, supervising emails to clients and placing advanced options trades. I spent time on three different teams, servicing three different client demographics: the general client base, dedicated active options traders, and technical support for online traders (in the early days of online trading!)
