Erick volunteered to go to India and find out what could be done. In advance, he created a plan to retrain the whole support team with the aim to improve the quality of support. In addition, Erick worked with the local leadership team to find out what was holding the team back from improving performance. Incredibly, after several weeks of working in India, the results improved and so did NPS. Not only did every agent receive blanket training in every aspect of E-commerce support, in addition to that, Erick convinced to give the support team more autonomy and more responsibilities to manage themselves through changes such as peer-to-peer review and self-management principles. Not long after that, the team in India delivered the best seller support KPIs in the network. By identifying the causes of concerns and working with all stakeholders effectively, Erick achieved what no one was able to do before. Erick, in conclusion, is a team player with a keen eye on reaching the objective by being committed and focussed. He is incredibly energetic and energizing and a wonderful addition for any team."
