• Oversee treasury operations, including working capital and cash management, short term funding requirements, maintain liquidity forecasts to identify short and long term financing needs, and manage the draws on the corporate credit facility. • Lead debt offerings, manage the relationship with the investment bank community, help prepare public offering documents, and negotiate financial and legal terms of financing agreements.• Assist in optimizing the company's capital structure through debt restructuring, securing debt and equity financing for new acquisitions and to fund the company's long term business plan.• Manage the relationship with the credit rating agencies and maintain an internal credit rating analysis. • Manage the corporate debt compliance responsibilities for the senior credit facility covenants, mortgage debt covenants, and quarterly debt reporting. • Manage the quarterly common and preferred stock dividends, funding requirements, and reporting to the transfer agent, NYSE, and the SEC. • Manage the company's employee equity plan.
