Professional Experience Mr. Bustos has over 13 years of roadway design and utility engineering experience and is professionally licensed in 9 states (FL, GA, AL, NC, SC, TN, AR, TX, CO). He has been responsible for various DOT, Toll Agency, County, and City projects. Responsibilities have included designing and managing roadway, drainage, signing and striping, traffic control, SWPPP, utility design, performing cost estimates, scheduling, invoicing, conflict resolution with other utilities and roadway infrastructure. He has extensive experience in utility coordination including route planning, contract negotiations and agreements. He is responsible for coordinating utility relocations for major roadway expansion projects including resolving utility conflicts through alternative designs and determining the optimum relocation assignments. He has great working relationships with public agencies, utility companies and consultants for coordination of utility relocations for capital improvements projects including schedules, design approvals and construction permits.
