CurrentProvide a high level of customer service through communication via email and telephone. Processing, monitoring, and expediting Return Material Authorizations through interdepartmental communications and customer service. Generate repair work orders and return customer products via sales orders. Process warranty and non-warranty claims through credits, invoicing, orders, and quotes. Support continuous improvement of the returns process to correlate with company growth through team projects. Assist with coordinating the shipment of replacements and tools to field personnel. Maintained documentation for incoming inventory. Provide interdepartmental training as requested.
