- Managing operations for two LNG production plants making around 150.000 gallons of LNG a day. Our job is to keep our Cryotruck machines working and producing LNG to be transported to our clients. - Commisioning of Galileo equipment to set them up in the field: mechanical check of internal parts in compressors/engines/vaporizers, testing of a wide range of instrumentation, software verification and load on PLC and HMIs, analog and digital signals testing.- Helping in the recruitment process for the Operations team, actively participating in the interview and selection process.

.- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on natural gas compressors, which participate in a cryogenic process to convert the CNG into LNG to be transported..- Troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical and instrumental devices in the gas filtering, compression and conversion process directly from the well head..- Management, procurement, stock and disposal of materials utilized in the maintenance of CNG compressors.

Duties:.- Inspection of CNG constructions, in civil, mechanics, instrumentation and electrical areas. That includes pipeline constructions, Hydrostatic tests, Hermeticity tests, Cathodic Protection, Quality test and coating and DCVG-ACVG associates, construction of measuring stations and gas regulations, inspection of construction of electrical connections (medium and low voltage)..- Management and control of construction materials in civil, mechanics, instrumentation and electricity areas..- Perform and control balance sheet of consolidated materials..- Administrative control of the finances of construction..- Management and recording of work done.- Management and Review of Quality Dossiers associated with constructions..- Management and control of administrative files associated with construction: Budgets, Unit Price Analysis, item description, metric counts, initiation, stoppage, restart and final minutes, contracts, sureties, etc.- Revision, modification and elaboration of Blue Prints in AUTOCAD in civil, mechanics, instrumentation and electricity areas..- Opening of Safe work permits..- Review and control of risk analysis of specific tasks..- Supervision under regulations of Industrial Safety, Environment and Occupational Hygiene.
