AV Rack Fabrication- Reviewing project drawings for flow and correctness. Making sure all drawing packages are up to date and any changes that need to be made are relined and corrected before going to the field for installation. Once drawings are edited and ready for build out, I use the drawings to pull all rack gear to be loaded. I adjust rack layouts based off functionality and serviceability. I help enforce all rack standards and AV termination standards. Keep AV hardware and connectors in stock for field installers. I'm in charge of working with AV new hires to insure quality of work and knowledge.

Matching all packing slips to open purchase orders in Connectwise. Training and working with employees schedules. Managing deliveries and dealing with all company trucks. Fleet management included- servicing, accidents, gas cards, smart tags, insurance, company tools of 50 vehicles. Doing quarterly truck checks for company tools and for visual inspection of the truck and making sure regular service is being done. I also took the responsibility of the company's cell phone plan. Managing 110 cell phone lines and hot spots. Approving phone upgrades and servicing broken or stolen phones. Always working on how to make the phone plan cheaper and more cost effective for the company. Doing all purchasing for the MCW and working on vendor relationships. Filling out all new vendor credit applications and updating old credit applications. In charge of all new product entry into database. Updating quarterly vendor pricing in Quoteworks and Connectwise. Keeping track of the ins and outs of in house inventory. Also doing quarterly inventory counts and working with auditors on our yearly audit. Maintaining all hardware and connector stock for security and av department. Managing security and av company tools giving to techs when hired.

Using security drawings to pull all necessary relay boards and power supplies. Installing stand offs and drilling and modifying cabinets for custom layouts.

I managed the creating and building of equipment racks. I determined specific layouts on equipment to make sure of serviceability and functionality. I would review drawings to make sure they are functional and correct labeling for wires and equipment that is in the rack and field. I ran a full inventory system that housed everything to build a rack, and every cable and connector that you would need to start and finish a job. I trained service techs and AV techs to make sure that standards that are in place are practiced and used. I also managed a crew from 1 - 3 people at a time making sure rack building was being done correctly and efficiently. After rack building was done, I would run a full test on functionality on my cables and work with the programmer to run a full system check.
