I've got experience working from office/home office both on the medical field and the legal field. i've been working for 2 different law firms as an Assistant and Medical Clerk and as an Interpreter for Medical Staff. I have a degree on Criminology and a Degree on Criminal Psychology Some of my tasked involved screening our clients to see if they were candidates for legal status in the U.S and if needed I would act as an interpreter (English / Spanish) during the appointments I schedule with the attorney so we could discuss an estimated time and cost for the whole process. the company name is HRPV and the principal Attorney Andres Mejer. It was crucial to have advance knowledge in two languages for this job and thankfully i am fluent in both English and Spanish and if time does me right a third language will be crossed off my list The most recent job i've had was for Smith Clinesmith LLP. We helped elder citizens all across the U.S fight back against abuse. My task there was as a Medical Clerk. getting the proper documentation from our clients to send requests to hospitals and Facilities so that we could obtain all the medical and billing records so their case could be green light to litigation. I acted as first contact to the client until all records were received and ready to move on to the next stage. Having the client informed not only helped them see we were working hard on their situation but also it would create a bond to let them know they were not just another number in our list. We did actually care. I have also work for medical staff as an interpreter both on live video calls as well as translating medical documentation. During my college years I worked in a call center in the costumer service area. That was my first real experience working directly with a client. I am eager to work and if given the chance I know i could be a good asset in your team.
