Project Welcome Home is a temporary re-entry program in New Haven, CT. Eligible participants will be dropped off at Project M.O.R.E. by the Department of Corrections where peer mentors will welcome them. At this site, participants will be provided with a backpack with basic needs and a re-entry resource guide. Clients will be referred and assisted with IDs, housing, SNAP, transportation, transition clinics and pharmacy setup. In order to participate, individuals must be End of Sentence (EOS) and can also be on probation following discharge.
