• Generate financial statements and help in the consolidation andClose of the Set of books.• Accruals and Journal entries register from different entities.• Closing month activities for EMEA, payroll and tax payments.Monthly review of balance accounts and member’s team closing activities• I am in charge of the maintenance of numerous Balance Sheet Scorecard Accounts, Management and Payroll Process through monthly reconciliations between General Ledger and process modules such as Treasury, Tax, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.• Weekly updating of 24 cash accounts, registering bank fees, VAT payments and refunds, transactions between companies, payroll payments etc.• Monthly review of intercompany processes

• Weekly meeting with Global General Ledger Manager & Director to review Forecasts, Cash Flow, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Payroll, Manual Checks, FX Deals Transactions among other Bank Activity from various corporate and plants.• Monthly review of unbilled expenses & inventory receipts, balance sheet statements, revenue reconciliation, record of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions.• First Escalation Contact for various corporate and plants inquiries.

• Daily reports of the sales results and future forecast about the monthly goals• Weekly meeting with Area supervisors to review the results of each office and find strategies to arrive faster to monthly goals• calculate monthly, quarterly and annual bonus for the employees who deserve it by efficiency
