I manage orders for supplies and tools as well as safety regulations and government regulations. I manage reports for internal communications as well as reports for other agencies and vendors. I oversee large projects and make sure everything runs smooth as silk.

Lift Stations: Inspect lift stations (Control panels, alarm boxes, wiring, floats, pumps, tanks and plumbing), Determine issues if any, Resolve issues including, Repairing/replacing control panels, Repairing/replacing alarm boxes, repairing replacing wiring, replacing floats, replacing pumps, Repairing/replacing tanks and replacing or repairing plumbing as necessary. Document and take photos of all repairs before and after. Manage/Maintain/Build equipment for plant operation efficiency, Install new tanks and set up plumbing for more efficient control over treatment for wastewater plant, Engineered new receiving pit for the collection of waste water to more efficiently illuminate waste from water during intake process, Documented all test findings, waste, and loads in log booksSeptic Inspections/Maintenance/Installations: Drive Tanker to location, Inspect system from house to drain field, Document all findings including size, location, type and condition. Create 3D models for use in Unreal Engine 3 using 3DS Max, Texturing those models using Photoshop and Crazy Bump, Rigging those models, Animating the models, Importing and setting up the models in the game engine and Also creating the environments and lighting in the engine.

Lead a team in the creation of environment related assets for a virtual trainer using Unreal 3 technology. Created schedules, Allocated assets, Maintained quality control, and assisted in the creation of assets. I was also responsible for layout of the terrain, building placement and creation, vegetation and prop placement, and overall look and feel of the environment.

I currently work on a large number of projects ranging from training simulation software to research of new technology. My main part in most of the projects I am a part of consists of artwork, design, and 3D modeling. I am versed in other areas as well as a result of the small teams I work in including some scripting, design, and research of new and or alternative ways of using virtual environments to train people.

My responsibilities spanned a huge gamut from 3D Modeling, Texturing, Rigging, and Animation, Then Taking those assets into over 20 different Game Engines Spanning from Open source ones like Ogre, Torque, and Oxygen, and into more mainstream Engines like Unreal, Crytek, and Unity. I have become well versed in the use of many pieces of software including but not limited to Maya, 3Ds Max, ZBrush, and CAD type software to 2D software like Photoshop, Crazybump, and DDo. I also had to manage the organization of assets, Schedule of asset creation, and bid out jobs due to my level of production.

Because of my work within the Digital Design Center I was offered an opportunity to do some animation work on educational film for the Florida Hospital.

I had to find some work in between my chosen career jobs so I began to work here to supplement my income. With in a couple months I was bumped up to manager and after a short period being manager given a substantial raise in appreciation for my dedication and good work ethic.

I worked mostly on creating homes in 3d using blueprints supplied by our clients. When all the homes were created I worked on fixtures and furnishings for the homes. A lot of this work can be seen on my online portfolio at http://efenstermaker.com/

I worked on dozens of student video game projects directly after graduating to get a handle on working with many different game engines and teams. This was a great learning experience.

Although this School taught me mostly how to model in Maya they provided me with the general knowledge skills to apply my artistic ability.
