Responsible to- Deliver a full range of tax service in compliance with the tax regulations within time frame for group of the company- Manage the team to daily tax operation and tax verification data- Develop a strategy to manage corporate tax including CIT and tax analyst- Maintain tax reconciliation of general ledger versus tax reporting - Identify and reporting tax risk to finance controller- Provide the management related to innovative tax planning for group of the company- Set up, maintain and evaluating company's procedure in tax group of the company- Develop and support tax team in taxation and other skill- To represent the company for tax issues including tax audit, tax objection and tax court- Responsible to internal and external audit

PT Serasi Autoraya is subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk. PT Serasi Autoraya leading in Astra transportation and logistics service with brand Astra FMS, TRAC, SELOG, Mobil88, Ibid and Orenz Taxi.Since I working at PT Serasi Autoraya, I have responsibility to handle Accounting and Tax of subsidiary of the company like PT Toyofuji Serasi Indonesia (TFSI) and PT Serasi Shipping Indonesia (SSI), both are the Shipping Company. TFSI concern in domestic cargo automotive and SSI concern in domestic cargo heavy equipment, CPO, power plant, mining and etc.My responsibility for Accounting and Tax are- Monthly Tax Compliance Control for WHT and VAT- Monthly Tax Reconcilliation Control for Tax Base vs GL for WHT and VAT- Tax Reconcille Control for Timing Different of Tax Slip- Tax Consolidations Control with agency division and all branch- Control Operational Vessel Cost for cargo automotive per Shipment- Corporate Income Tax (Handle by company)- Handle Tax Audit (We aren't hire tax consultant, all the process of Tax Audit is handle by company. One of my achievement during tax audit process is reduce tax correction from tax auditor about 3 M)- Create Financial Statement (related to budgeting and actual cost)- Supporting Transfer Pricing Document- Prepare Certificate of Domicile (COD)- Prepare PIB, SKB/SKTD Import- Monthly Tax Reporting to PT Astra International- Analyst for the transaction related to tax regulation and potential exposure and educate to all department- Tax Planning suggestion for the company to prevent Tax loss- Preparing Tax Objection (all the process of tax objection are handle by company)- Create the internal SOP related to tax issue for all transaction of the company- Prepare the LKTP Report- Report to Manajemen related tax issue, tax regulations, tax planning etc
