Drop Pin Inc: I am currently serving as Chief Operating Office of Drop Pin Inc (f/k/a Drop Pin Logistics LLC). I oversee daily field operations.My main goal is to ensure the Drop Pin difference - i.e., that the quality of work is reflected in every single job. I monitor and track our staff’s progress, which is completed through weekly meetings and reports review. I set comprehensive goals for performance and growth for field staff and establish policies that promote company culture. I engage in research, particularly in the equipment and software realms, to stay up to date with industry trends. I’ve led projects such as: Bank of the West ATM swaps, CapitalOne ATM swaps, Speedway installs USAA branding, Citibank branding, Kroger equipment relocations, and EMV conversions for various location types.Presently, I am working closely with our Warehouse Operations Manager to establish industry standard materials used on the field.

I co-founded Drop Pin Logistics LLC which specializes in heavy equipment installation services. As managing partner, I was responsible for overseeing all developments for team building, onboarding, and expansion into states outside of California location. I spearheaded the identification of field technician problems to be solved through our field service management software called Drop Pin Tech. My role entailed managing staff across four states, acting as first response to any field issues. On a strategic level, it also involved analyzing scopes of work (installation, deinstallation, moves, upgrades, branding) and developing methods to be used on the field. Under my management, we were able to establish the 2500-square foot warehouse which now serves as the company’s headquarters. We also saw the completion of large scale projects such as Capital One swaps where we developed now industry-standard ADA compliance materials.

As an ATM technician, I installed various ATM types such as through-the-wall walk up, through-the-wall drive up, lobby units, and kiosks for retail and bank locations across the United States. I acquired proficiency in various ATM brands, namely NCR, Diebold, Wincor, Hyosung, and Triton. I also gained expertise in ATM implementation particularly in the reprogramming and bring-live of various ATM models. In addition, I conducted site surveys for new installations which included providing photos, measurements, and drawings to clients. Key appointments were given to me for this role, specifically, being assigned to the client's headquarters in Houston, TX to assist in staging ATMs for deployment and acting as West Coast region lead technician for a 7-Eleven installation project.

The highlight of my tenure as an ATM Installer was the completion of ATM installations throughout California for two financial institutions: (1) Wells Fargo Bank, and (2) Chase Bank. This gave me the opportunity to conduct training for branch managers in operating, troubleshooting and maintaining ATMs. I also conducted site preparation for island machine installs.

My main accountability was the installation and maintenance of locks, keys and security systems for commercial, residential and industrial locations. I was responsible for training locksmith staff regarding equipment assembly, installation, and repair. I also acted as a security consultant and in that capacity, I was tasked to assess all security measures for clients. I performed analysis of security systems, studied potential breaches and supervised the implementation of solutions.

My role as an IT administrator involved a wide range of tasks concerning the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of the company’s computer systems and infrastructure. I managed the company’s servers, network equipment, and other related IT infrastructure, and was in charge of setting up operating systems including hardware and software. I conducted troubleshooting on connectivity or access issues, and provided solutions for the same. I also extended technical support to users across the Toyota organization.
