In addition responsible of the Accounts Receivables Latam and New Enrollments across the region.Resort Services Solutions Financeo Analysis, planning and control of monthly and annual financial resources of the RSS business unit, including new and existing businesses. o Incorporation and launching of new products, participating actively in the preparation of financial analysis to establish the organizational infrastructure. o Development, administration, and budget analysis of the business unit.o Accounting for the RSS business unit.o Financial Manager of the RSS business unit.o Contract Manager and Service Control.o Compliance of policies and controls according to the parameters issued by the Corporate (SOX).o Submission of monthly and annual results to the company´s SLT.o Development of personnel career plan.•Account Receivable Latamo Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards.o Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properlyo Direct and manage the customer payments processes to ensure timely, accurate and efficient operations. Responsible to ensure that bank deposits are completed daily and are reconciled to the billing system.o Implement actions to improve the customer payment cycle, implement solutions for customer receivable issues and improve organizational processes.o Develop and report key performance indicators for credit and collection processes.o Identify problem accounts and provide updates of collection status to the Comptroller and CFO.o Maintain bad debt and bad debt recovery records.o Perform other special projects as assigned, such as Treasury migrations, Global Revenue Recognition projects, best practices to the rest of the regions.
