My main duties were as follows:1.Ensure effective support for users of different productivity suites (Office Products), anticipate customer problems before they arise and be able to grasp the workings of our daily operations platform. 2.Ensure proper management of LAN and WAN at different locations throughout Nairobi. 3.Microsoft Active Directory administration experience. 4.Build, install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain departmental PC's and related technical equipment5.Implement, support, monitor and observe Information Technology policy, standards and procedures. 6.Assist in the installation of network infrastructure equipment including cabling plants, communications backbone equipment and telecommunications hardware7.Coordinate hardware and software updates from vendors.8.Prepare information and reports regarding Help Desk service activities. 9.Monitor maintenance agreements, warranties and site licenses

During my internship at Cellulant, These were my main roles:1.Support the technical team in managing core bank systems of clients namely Bank of Africa (BOA) and CFC Stanbic 2.Writing daily reports on the status of transaction made from the above two clients.3.Provide second level support when a crisis occur. This included calling various parties within the organization and trace an issue.4.Visiting client site for support issues as far as mobile banking is concerned.
