As a leader of the Technology Advisory practice, I helped clients leverage technology to innovate and transform their business, and improve their management of IT. Contributed to the strategic planning and budgeting processes.Main accomplishments:- Architecture and delivery of the Energy sector’s IT transformation, including: - Point of Sales modernization for gas stations / convenience stores and commercial stations (cardlocks).- Oil and propane distribution solution implementation, including onboard POS and back office system (demand planning, order management, transportation management).- Creation of new regional groups and a shared service centre as part of an operating model transformation.

Was responsible for the Hardware business unit application portfolio.Managed a team in charge of evolving and supporting the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP and specialized applications (forecasting & replenishment, WMS, BI and EDI).

Team lead in the implementation of Oracle JD Edwards EntrepriseOne.Implemented and evolved the supply chain and finance modules.

Led the implementation of an ERP system in the distribution sector and contributed to modernization of the production systems.Managed the distribution sector applications and IT operations.

Led a team responsible for managing the multi site manufacturing and distribution activities of the company's largest account.Implemented a forecasting and inventory management system.
