Perform routine monitoring in various GMP manufacturing labs through air viable surface, total, particulate, personnel, and settling plate (passive air sample) sampling in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).• Work in tandem with internal staff/teams to execute the emerging technology and bioscience labs aseptic process simulation and environmental monitoring process qualification; observe and promote safe work practices and comply with and enforce adherence to all protocols including GMP requirements. • Surveil environmental monitoring material and their expiry including tryptic soy broth agar and tryptic soy agar plates; ensure and enforce product adherence to strict quality standards, institute prevention methods, and implement and verify corrective actions to maintain quality control.• Support preparation of validation protocols, execute experiments, and provide data for validation reports.• Maintain and ensure proper calibration of environmental monitoring equipment (i.e. surface plate (active surface monitoring), met ones/total particular counters, and computers), in cleanrooms. • Inventory and stock equipment and supplies, enter and review data, and update/revise existing documentation.Selected Accomplishments:• Earned a Certificate of employee of the month
