I have co-owned and operated the business since 2017, overseeing its growth and development, and ensuring its compliance with industry standards and best practices.In addition to running the business, I also manage a project management arm of the company, where I partner with established general contractors and manage their tenant improvement jobs as a project manager. I have successfully completed multiple projects across various sectors, such as retail, office, restaurants, and gyms, demonstrating my skills in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. I have also earned several certifications from LinkedIn, such as Learning Construction Estimating, Construction Industry: Productivity, and Project Management Simplified.
