Challenges, knowledge, integration and problem-solving are the drivers that motivate me to be better day after day.Mechanical Engineer working in the petrochemical industry since 2018, focused on Mechanical Integrity of Static Equipment and Maintenance and Reliability Management.I work as a Pipeline and Boiler Integrity Engineer, responsible for ensuring the reliability of the pipeline network (+800km) and water-tube boilers (2000ton/h) at Braskem Camaçari. In managing our assets, I apply the fundamentals of the ASME B31.3/B31.4/B31.8 and ASME BPVC Sec. VIII design standards, as well as applying the repairs provided for in ASME PCC-2 and risk management of API RP 1187 (Pipeline Integrity Management of landslide Hazards).I developed and led multidisciplinary projects to improve the assessment and application of Equipment Inspection focused on condition and risk, applying the recommended practices of API RP 580 (Risk Based Inspection) and API RP 970 (Corrosion Control Documents).Focus on strategic action to achieve the proposed results, planning and economic solutions, aiming at safety, cost reduction, process organization, activity optimization and sustainability of the organization.Additional Information: Available for changes and travel.
