Managed a robust inpatient and outpatient Regional Anesthesiology Consultation Service across the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, which provides thousands of peripheral nerve blocks annually for patients in every aspect of their surgical care, including in the Emergency Department, the Perioperative Locations, the Intensive Care Units, and the Ambulatory Surgical Center.

Liaison between the Anesthesiology Residency Class of 2021 and the Department of Anesthesiology Administration

-Created a program to help 2nd year medical students transition from learning in the classroom during the 1st and 2nd years of medical school, to learning from patients on the wards-Paired each rising 3rd year medical student with a rising 4th year medical student with the same specialty interest -Acquired funding for every "sibling pair" to meet regularly to prepare for the residency application process

-Reviewed medical school applications for students applying through the Traditional and FlexMed Early Admission programs-Interviewed Traditional and FlexMed medical school applicants -Voted for applicant acceptances to the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai during Admissions Committee meetings

-Helped students develop effective study habits and test-taking strategies to improve their academic performance in medical school classes, on the USMLE, and Shelf exams. -Matched students with the most appropriate Senior Tutor -Trained Senior Tutors to address the academic needs of their assigned tutees

-Student liaison between Clerkship Directors and the Student Body -Addressed all questions, and conflicts arose during each student’s Surgery/Anesthesiology Clerkship-Gathered student feedback on new medical school curriculum-Met with the Clerkship Directors and Medical Education Faculty to suggest and implement changes to the new curriculum

-Participated in recruiting events as a Panel Speaker, Tour Guide, and host for prospective Mount Sinai students who are considered Under-Represented Minorities (URMs) in medicine-Organized several events for URMs at Mount Sinai to bring together students of various cultures and backgrounds. These events were meant to maintain a sense of community and source of support throughout medical school

-Organized events within the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and between other New York medical schools, to promote the advancement of Hispanic medical students within medicine

-Hired and supervised a team of 15 lifeguards to survey two pools and a beach at the Greentree Country Club-Established in-service training for all lifeguards to maintain their rescue skills and renew their certifications-Maintained all Department of Health regulations and standards for administering pool chemicals and operating pool pump systems-Responsible for customer service and satisfaction of over 100 country club members
