I create platforms for the voices of such groups to be heard in a political and socio-economic dialogue or decision making, by this, social justice will be effected and the economic status of such groups will improve and hence, reducing inequality as per the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals as diversity ,equality and inclusion drives the agenda.
