Erick completed his high school education with a 4.0 GPA. He then initially attended a community college while also participating on the Men’s Baseball team for two years. He earned three Associate degrees in Business General, Science and Quantitative Reasoning, and Liberal Studies in preparation to attend UC Davis to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial EconomicsErick’s first job was with Milestone Technologies, as a DR Technician. While being DR Technician, He had to reroute and reinstall servers and computers for tech giants such as: Google, Visa, and Zynga, when they moved into new office buildings. After he left Milestone, Erick moved to Play It Again Sports (PIAS). As a Sales Associate, he helped them become one of the top 5 growing franchises in the U.S. at a growth rate of 23% in the last year. He has also helped PIAS expand into one of the top 10 bestselling PIAS in the U.S.Once obtaining his Bachelor’s degree from UC Davis in June 2016 for Managerial Economics, Erick enrolled in a program to obtain his real estate license to pursue a career in the housing industry. He is currently a Temp Agent for J. Williams Staffing working in the new home sales offices.The most compelling factors to consider which cannot be stated on a resume is that he has grown up in this industry and has already worked in it peripherally. His mother has been a VP of Sales and Marketing for 30 years. Shadowing her has enabled him to understand and work on budgets, business plan projections, project management duties, price per square foot analysis, blueprint reading, standard features and options offered research, proofing her brochures, graphing her competition, preparation of pricing studies, and reviewing land acquisition financial analysis along with any other duties and special projects she assigned.In his spare time, Erick enjoys baseball, football, working out and traveling with his family. He is an avid dirt bike rider, softball player, and pizza connoisseur.
