Responsibilities:• Lead and manage IT Infrastructure, IT Security, IT Quality Assurance and IT Support within IT Operation Department• Create and maintain service SLA. Use Key Performance Indicators to support business operation or organization.• Creating policy and procedure for all IT Operation personnel to support a daily business operation.• Testing and adopting new technology and best practices to create options for organization needs.• Providing recommendation to c-levels in adopting or implementing a tested and reliable technology that meet business or organization requirements.• Designing and implementing a CIA-concerned (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability) infrastructure, server, network, and tools based on ISMS ISO 27001:2013 Standard.• Providing secure, reliable, and stable Datacentre (DC) and Disaster Recovery Centre (DRC) infrastructure that meet regulatory compliance (Kemenkominfo and OJK).• Manage vendors, handling POC’s and evaluate vendor’s performance. • Cooperate with procurement department to handle IT procurement process.• Create and monitor IT Budgeting, Cost Planning and Forecasting.• Work together with other cross department member within organization for creating policy and procedures for organization’s continuous improvement • Maintain process improvement and process consistency based on Information Security Management System (ISMS) ISO 27001:2013 standard.
