Manages HES Talent: Manages & provides clear direction & leadership to the OE/HES professionals in order to be able to provide high quality technical deliverables for Assets OE/HES team & leadership teams. Manage OE/HES professionals on skill.3. Provides Functional HES Guidance: Serve as IBU level OE/HES technical resources. Provide coaching & assistance to IBU as needed to improve the effectiveness implementation of assessment tool. Provides technical & operational OE/HES support to all IBU functions.4. Compliance: Provides support & assistance to IBU to ensure the compliance assurance of OE/HES process & Government Regulations requirements, such as review, audit, gap assessment, etc. are communicated & well tracked. Establish & maintain HES regulatory requirements & advise IBU position for compliance.5. Advocacy: Support GM OE/HES with technical & operational aspect of legislative & regulatory advocacy issue. Liaise with GUG counterpart & other resources to ensure adequate technical & operational considerations are well communicated to regulatory agencies6. Deploy & implement Upstream Asset Retirement Strategic Framework (UARSF): Manage & ensure the implementation of Asset Retirement plan for IBU by providing technical resources.
