I lead an amazing team of Jr. Coordinators in implementing new BPO programs at PartnerHero. Our focus is on successful client onboarding to ensure a strong foundation for our support programs. I have honed my leadership and project management skills, one of the most gratifying experiences in this role is the career development of my direct reports.

I worked closely with the Business Solutions team to understand and define client needs for a seamless onboarding experience. Our BPO works with very small Start-ups to much larger and established companies in various sectors such as Fintech, Health Tech, SaaS, E-commerce, Content Moderation, and the list goes on.

In my role as a Technical Support at PartnerHero, I provided omnichannel tech support to both B2B and B2C customers on IOT and Industrial Products. I guided customers through troubleshooting steps to either provide a resolution or gather the necessary information for an engineering escalation. Our B2C customer base ranged from very tech-savvy customers to customers that needed specialized support. Our B2B customer base was mainly small business owners in the food and beverage sector.

As a Customer Relationship Manager at Enel X Brasil, I served as a crucial link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring the successful fulfillment of contractual expectations related to data completion, quality, and key performance indicators for our public utilities tracking SaaS platform. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I helped our Enterprise customers with financial planning and government-mandated reports, ultimately contributing to the success of our clients.

I liaised between our customers, our internal cross-functional teams and public utility providers to ensure data integrity in our SaaS platform.

As an English Language Instructor, my focus was on ensuring my students' language development. I worked with a varied student base, from teenagers needing reinforcement on their language education to professionals looking for career development through their language skills.
